Dear colleagues,
1H1933+510 has been the subject of a CCD photometry run at CBA Belgium Observatory, using a 0.35-m f/6.3 telescope with ST7 CCD (unfiltered), on 2000, August 04/05. The observing session lasted for 3.9 hours. The resulting light curve shows some small modulations, but clearly nothing related to superhumps. This of course doesn't exclude the UGSU-type nature of the variable. Follow-up CCD photometry therefore is encouraged.
The object was around mag 15.6 (unfiltered).
A brief check tonight (Aug 05.883 UT) indicates that the outburst is still ongoing. 1H1933+510 is at mag. 15.7 (unfiltered).
With kind regards,
Tonny Vanmunster
