Mail sent to CBAT (excuse me, but I'm not pratic with alert procedures,
so I prefere duplicate it)
Date: 21:45 UT 02-06-2000
Obs method: visual telescopic observation
Instr. data: Dobson 10 Inch F/4.5
Obs site: Pereto (AQ) Italy (center Italy) - ~800 m altitude - I don't
know coordinates
Obs condition: very good seeing and good transparences
Previous experencies: Second use of the Dobson. Before instruments was a
4 inch.The discovery is occasionally.
Supernovae data:
Host galaxy: NGC3556
Mag: similar to to GSC 3827-0308 (from GSC 12.59)
Position: 3" est-sud-est
Next observations: last at 24 UT not showing a movement
Unicity: checked GSC and PPM, Not avilability of Asteroids catalogue to
verify
Notes: the object was visually coinfirmed by other observers with
different instruments (CG11, LX200)
Sorry for eventually disturb but I've not other e-mail addresses where
