According to the 75th Name-List of Variable Stars (IBVS 4870) Antipin's
Var 66 has received the final designation V2209 Cyg.
According to IBVS 4673 outbursts occur frequently, and to me the outburst
behavior seems to be characteristic for an SS Cyg-type dwarf nova (however,
future Z Cam-type standstills cannot be ruled out).
