TU Men outburst rising

  TU Men, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova above the period gap, is undergoing
an outburst as reported by Rod Stubbings.  The latest reported outburst
of TU Men ocurred in 1999 August - September, which was apparently a
superoutburst.
