[vsnet-alert 4420] V589 Her in outburst

V589 HERCULIS (UG)
This dwarf nova is visible at mag 15 on an unfiltered CCD
image taken with the IRO on Mar. 17.522 UT.
The most recently observed outburst was detected by me on
an unfiltered image (mag 15.1) taken with the same instrument
on 1999 Oct. 1.093 UT (cf. vsnet-alert 3540).
Time-resolved photometry during the current outburst is strongly
recommended.
