I have done astrometry with the discovery image using USNO-A2.0 as:
R.A. = 13h07m09s.88, Decl. = -28o13'59".3 (equinox 2000.0), which is
13".9 east and 18".6 south of the nucleus of NGC 4965 (also measured
from the same image as: R.A. = 13h07m08s.83, Decl. = -28o13'40".7).
