V699 Oph outburst confirmed
We observed V699 Oph for 1.4 hours last night,
and confirmed the outburst as reported in [vsnet-alert 4013].
The nignt mean magnitude is 15.4. V699 Oph looks like
fading (2 mag/day) in our lightcurve.
