[vsnet-alert 4013] V699 Oph rare outburst

V699 Oph is visible at mag 14 (already fading) on unfiltered CCD images taken
with the IRO on Jan. 13.543 and 14.543 UT. On Jan. 8.542 UT the star was faint.
The most recently observed outburst of this dwarf nova was detected by Andrew
Pearce on 1999 Apr. 16.765 UT.
