QY Per observation start / light curve update + RX J0640-24

   We started another run of QY Per at 08h 40m UT.  The combined light curve
on the VSNET page has been updated: new observations from Brian Martin.
We hope we can continue the present run until at least 15h UT.  We may
have a chance to turn onto RX J0640-24 (vsnet-alert 3956, Patrick Schmeer),
a ROSAT-selected CV undergoing an outburst.  It would be excellent if
someone in Asia-Europe region can take over the present QY Per run early
tonight.
