This dwarf nova has been in outburst for at least three days. AAVSO News
Flash No. 552 includes an observation by Andrew Pearce for Jan. 2.749 UT
(mv= 13.3), but this estimate appears to have been made one day later.

[vsnet-recent 47562] CW Mon outburst (update)

  YYYYMMDD(UT) mag observer
  19991228.894 <139 (E. Muyllaert)
  19991228.913 <139 (H. McGee)
  19991229.935 <139 (E. Muyllaert)
  20000103.637 134 (H. Itoh)
  20000103.749 133 (A. Pearce)
  20000104.631 128 (T. Watanabe)
  20000104.901 125 (E. Muyllaert)
  20000105.857 125 (E. Muyllaert)

Although the GCVS quotes a mean cycle length of 121.7 days, only one
outburst of CW Mon was recorded in 1999 (February).
