The star mentioned by Morel has quite different magnitudes on USNO A1.0.
USNO0600.21659680 191805.274 -235001.44 (2000.0) r=13.4 b=16.5
The r-magnitude is close to the GSC magnitude, the b-magnitude close to
the DSS estimate.
