[vsnet-alert 3937] QY Per run impossible because of fog

Dear Colleagues,
at the end, the run we started on this variable was impossible to be conducted because of
a strong fog. The telescope is completely wet and the sky trasparency has been zero since
just after the beginning. 

We don't know if tomorrow we will be able to monitor this target, even if we will try to
do our best.
