Dear Colleagues,

   We have created a WWW page on the 1999 December superoutburst of DV UMa.

   We will soon put more graphical representation of the present rare event.
Submissions of images and/or light curves are welcome (please send them
to vsnet-adm@kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp), as well as raw magnitude estimates
to make combined light curves.

   Congratulations to Timo Kinnunen to have detected and informed such a rare
outburst at that early epoch!
