Dear Dr. Kato,

   I have photometry of comparison stars in close field of SN 1999em.
Photometry was made at N. Copernicus Observatory and Planetarium
(0.40-m reflector + CCD ST-7 + V filter) Oct. 31 UT and Nov. 15 UT.
Measurement is based at comparison star from Tycho Catalogue GSC 4739.123
(V=9.88+/-0.03, B-V=+0.605+/-0.04).
