PQ Aql rare outburst

   Patrick Schmeer just informs that the suspected SU UMa-type dwarf nova
PQ Aql is undergoing a rare outburst.  The object is reported to be around
14-15 mag.  During the long outburst in 1998 September, a hint of short-term
variabilty was reported (cf. vsnet-alert 2111, 2139).
