TmzV46 991002.099 170:C Scp (sequence: USNO-A2.0)
TmzV46 991004.114 126C Scp (sequence: GSC)
The rapid brightening seems to confirm the suspected CV nature of this
variable.
USNO-A2.0 coordinates: 152613.999 +081804.64 (2000.0) 17.4 17.0

Kesao Takamizawa (Nagano, Japan) discovered a new variable star (TmzV46).
TmzV46 = USNO0975.07935332 152613.992 +081803.82 (2000.0) 17.5 17.5
(Takamizawa's semi-accurate estimate: 152614.1 +081801)
Takamizawa reports the star is visible at mag ~18 on Real-Sky
CD-ROM. He suggests the possible Mira classification.
The USNO color is more neutral (rather than red); variable of
other type (e.g. UG-type) can not be excluded. Observations
during the present bright state would reveal the object's nature.
