Visual magnitude estimate by P. Schmeer, Bischmisheim, Germany:
V844 HERCULIS (UGSU)
Oct. 1.781 UT, 12.6
Sequence: Henden (V magnitudes)
Instrument: 203-mm SCT
Three previous superoutbursts of V844 Her were visually observed
(1996 Oct. 4, 1997 May 21, 1998 Dec. 10). The mean interval
between supermaxima is about 9 months (there was probably an
unobserved superoutburst in early 1998). Still waiting for the
first visually observed normal outburst of V844 Her.
