Dear colleagues,

EROS has detected a candidate microlensing alert towards the Galactic
Bulge.

Event EROS 99-BLG-4
RA (J2000)  18:04:03.8
DEC(J2000) -31:32:36
Vj         ~17.4
Rc         ~16.4

On September 10, the amplification was 1.7 and rising. The duration and
time of maximum are uncertain. Finding charts will be available at 2 AM
Paris time on the EROS microlensing alert page
