[vsnet-alert 3435] TY Vul outburst confirmed

Paul Hewett took two images (B and V) of TY Vul with the JKT (La Palma)
last night. Using the VSNET sequence (GSC based) I get V= 14.6; the
dwarf nova position on the chart is ok.
J2000.0 coordinates for TY Vul according to DWS97:
R.A. 20h41m44s Decl. +25o35'11"
