progress towards the Galactic bulge.

V                             ~18.2
R                             ~17.3
 
A ~1.3 and rising on 04 Aug, expected peak of A ~1.8 on 11 Sep,
duration 89 +/- 9 days.  Finding charts and lightcurves are available
