progress towards the Galactic bulge.

A ~3.8 and rising on 23 Jul, expected peak near 27 Jul, duration 29
+/- 9 days.

DEC     (J2000)               -14:10:53
V                             ~21.5
R                             ~20.3

A ~4.0 and rising on 23 Jul, expected peak near 07 Aug, duration 126
+/- 21 days.
