[vsnet-alert 3248] Nova Aql 1999 revised astrometry

Dear all,
My original position given on [vsnet-alert 3229] was obtained using 11 GSC V1.1
stars. Through the kind assistance of Brian Skiff I have re-reduced the frame
using GSC V1.2 and get the following position:
19 07 36.92 +12 31 26.5 [2000.0]
