The MACHO project has detected 2 candidate microlensing events in
progress towards the Galactic bulge.

A ~2.0 and rising on 16 Jul, expected peak of A ~2.4 on 22 Jul,
duration 49 +/- 5 days.

RA      (J2000)               18:17:39.6
DEC     (J2000)               -23:36:07
V                             ~18.6
R                             ~17.6

A ~1.7 and rising on 16 Jul, expected peak near 21 Sep, duration 205 +/-
18 days.
