[vsnet-alert 3197] CI UMa outburst

CI UMa outburst

The SU UMa-type dwarf nova CI UMa is undergoing a relatively bright
outburst (superoutburst?). CI UMa is known (Nogami et al. 1997, PASJ
49, 109) as a relatively short (Ts=140d) SU UMa system, although superoutburst
detection rate seems to have been reduced in this season. Continuous
monitoring and superhump photometry is encouraged.
