Taichi,
My photometry of V407 Cyg from my May run gives:
V407 CYG 990518 2451316.9273 11.76 CCDV Henden_seq HQA
V407 CYG 990519 2451317.9619 11.68 CCDV Henden_seq HQA
V407 CYG 990520 2451318.9649 11.57 CCDV Henden_seq HQA
So, yes, the star is getting brighter. It is quite red (B-V = 1.49)
and my I-band photometry is saturated with the 1.0-m telescope.
(I'll have to wait until it fades to get good red photometry!)
