On both images the variable is visible at mag 13 (a more accurate photometry will hopefully follow soon). Astrometry and photometry of RX J0757+6306 in quiescence (from Arne Henden's data): R.A. 07h57m01.37s Decl. +63d06'02.4" (J2000.0) V= 17.497, B-V= -0.110 High-speed photometry during the current rare outburst is urgently required.
