The dwarf nova V893 Sco has brightened considerably over the last few days as
shown below:

990423.705 147 A.Pearce
990425.796 133 A.Pearce
The magnitude estimates are approximate as there is currently no comparison star
sequence for this star, but a substantial brightening has occurred in the last
two days.
