BeppoSAX MAIL n. 99/4: ALERT for GB990217

On Feb.17, 5:23:27 UT  a GRB (GB990217) was detected
simultaneously by the GRBM and WFC of BeppoSAX.

Preliminary coordinates from WFC are:
R.A.(2000)= 45.784
DEC(2000)= -53.136

with an error radius of about 4'


A follow-on with NFI is being planned
