BD Pav outburst

  The grazing-eclipsing dwarf nova (formerly considered as a nova) BD Pav
is undergoing a rare outburst, as indicated by the following observations.
Observers are strongly urged to minitor this event.  Time-resolved photmetry
is also encourgaed.
