J015122+360323 seems to be a fault of the film or the scan, as Mr.
Suarez mentioned in [vsnet-alert 2115]:

Indeed, J015122+360323 is not detected on Mr. Suarez's image on other
days, and also not on Mr. Garradd's image [vsnet-alert 2116].
