Subject: [vsnet-obs 14365] V592 Herculis
Analysis of quiescent and outburst images of V592 Her allow a more precise
determination of the coordinates of said object. Examination of a
quiescent image taken at the Cerro Tololo 0.9-m on UT 15 August 1998 and
of an outburst image taken at the CBA Braeside 0.4-m on UT 27 August 1998
reveal the following celestial coordinates, determined with respect to a
series of nearby USNO A1.0 catalog stars.
V592 Herculis
R.A. 16 30 56.43
Dec. 21 16 58.7
Equinox J 2000.0
(error +- 0.5 arcsec)
Measurement of the quiescent magnitude yielded V = 21.4.
