  IAUC 6920 reports the discovery of a new X-ray transient discovered by
the RXTE ASM (Remillard et al.).

  20h 12m.6 +/- 10' (J2000.0)
  +38o 11'  +/- 4'

  Source flux:

  May 24.6  23 mCrab
      25.4  28
      26.5  55
      27.3  88

  Variable object (possible optical counterpart?) by Wagner et al.

  20h 12m 30s.3  (J2000.0)
  +38o 08' 59'

  Presently at mag 15?  Follow-up observations are strongly encouraged.
