Visual observations, just before a general power failure in Pretoria, saw the following outburst:
V2323 Sgr 980518.869 135
V2323 Sgr 980518.889 135
Previous observation:
V2323 Sgr 980516.83 <138
Note: V2323 Sgr is listed as 'ug:' in the recent edition of the CV atlas.
