Subject: [vsnet-obs 10711] IX Vel and others (Tilbrook)
Justin Tilbrook (Tz) reports that the novalike variable IX Vel was
unusually active on March 27. His observations:

12:30 8.7
13:03 8.6
13:45 8.8
13:50 9.0
13:57 8.7
Justin also comments "the magnitude seemed to change from one
minute to the next" (despite clear viewing conditions). IX Vel is
normally mag 9.0-9.5.
Confirmation and further observations are encouraged. Weather here is
predicted to be cloudy for the next couple of days.
