Possible minor brightening of DO Dra

Gene Hanson reports a possible minor brightening of DO Dra, a dwarf nova
with very long recurrence cycle. The last major outburst of DO Dra was
observed in 1996 October. Minor brigtenings (not leading to major outburts)
occurred in 1997 May and October.
