[vsnet-alert 1413] MuniDos Update!

Dear colleagues,
we added TeX and PostScript description of routines used in MuniDos.
These files are same (PS for whom without TeX) and usage described there
is just for Unix platform but read it - it can help you to understound
the menu commands in a DOS version.
If you'll have questions or comments don't hasitate to contact the
authors
