Observers please note this object is different from another "new UG in
Peg" recently discovered by the Beijing team.
According to the KUV catalog, the position and magnitude are:
230341.7 +171754 (2000.0) KUV23012+1702 16.0
It is quite plausible the outbursting DN was classified as sdBe at
low-resolution.
