[vsnet-alert 1323] Alexis Transient Alert-1A

The ALEXIS 130 angstrom (1A) telescope is observing a transient source
located at:
ra: 21 40 14.67 epoch 2000
dec: -45 26 47.5 (+/- 0.3 degree)
there is no evidence of a source in the co-aligned 170 angstrom (1B)
telescope. The source had a rapid rise which peaked at 15 UTC 9 Nov and
has been decaying since. It is located 15' away from a U Gen type CV #771.
