IAUC No. 6770 reports the discovery of a supernova in NGC 3810 by
M. Aoki (Toyama, Japan).

The supernova has been confirmed by spectroscopy to be a type-Ib near
maximum, as reported by S. Jha et al. (Harvard-Smithsonian Center for
Astrophysics). Follow-up observations are highly encouraged.
