Possible superoutburst of GX Cas

As notified by several observers, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova GX Cas
is undergoing a very bright, likely super, outburst.

The latest superoutburst of GX Cas occurred in 1996 Sept. - Oct.,
reaching mv=13.3 (J. Pietz). Time-resolved observations are highly
encouraged for this SU UMa star, having one of the longest superhump
periods. For more information of GX Cas, see
