AO Oct has been suspected to be a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova from its possible
large outburst amplitude (>7 mag?), which strongly relies on the quiescent
identification. Both photometric (time-resolved) and astrometric observations
are highly recommended on this rare(?) occasion.
