[vsnet-alert 1055] optical counterpart of Cep X-4

IAUC No. 6698 (1997 July 11) tells that P. Roche et al. discovered a
14-th mag Be-star as the optical counterpart of the transient X-ray pulsar,
Cep X-4 = GS 2138+56. The coordinates are:
21h 39m 30s.6 (J2000.0)
+56o 59' 12".9
V=14.2
A search for optical variability would be interesting.
