BD Pav is a dwarf nova having an orbital period of 4.3032 hours (Barwig
and Schoembs 1983, AsAp 124, 287). Barwig and Schoembs classified this
object to be a dwarf nova with rare outbursts. They also detected
photometric modulations suggesting eclipses. Detailed photometric study
during the current outburst might be interesting.
