Nova? Sco 1997 11.0 - VSS RASNZ AI Sco sequence
This seems to be dropping too quickly for a "real" nova. Is it a UG?
Starfield identified with the aid of GUIDE 5.0, which also reports no
bright asteroids nearby.
Next time I must read my email _before_ taking the scope outside!
