[vsnet-alert 909] rare outburst of V1830 Sgr

   The dwarf nova V1830 Sgr is undergoing one of its rare outbursts as
indicated by the following observations.   The object is apparently
rising.  No positive observations have been reported to VSNET before this.
Follow-up observations are encouraged.
