- Sender: owner-vsnet-alert@kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp
The ALEXIS transient announce last night in Telescope 2B (186 Angstroms,
66eV) located at:
RA= (08 09 24.95) [revised position]
DEC=(+19 22.2)
(Epoch 2000)
Error circle radius = 0.5 degrees (~90% confidence)
continues to be bright. There is still no evidence of the object in the
co-aligned telescope 2B (93eV). It is currently about 1/3 as bright as HZ
43 in this energy channel. Simbad contains less than 15 sources in the
error box. This is source looks particularly exciting based upon it's light
curve and duration of outburst
Follow up observations are strongly encouraged
