Hi,
RS TEL, an RCB type variable has slowly evolved into a fading stage
as indicated by observations made during the past months with the
apogee 40x120.
1811-46 RS TEL
The brightness state of RSTEL in the period June 1992 to March 1996
was between 9.6 and 10.2 (in my records).
