[vsnet-alert 228] bright outburst of CG Cep

    M. Iida (Nagano, Japan; VSOLJ) communicates that CG Cep is undergoing
a bright outburst (the brightest he has ever observed) as indicated by the
following observation obtained by an unfiltered ST-6 attached to a 0.16-m
reflector.  Follow-up observations are encouraged.
