there is a spectrum of BC UMa at minimum in
Mukai, K., Mason, K.O., Howell, S.B., Allington-Smith, J.,
Callanan, P.J., Charles, P.A., Hassall, B.J.M., Machin,
G., Naylor, T., Smale, A.P., and van Paradijs, J. (1990).
"Spectroscopy of Faint Cataclysmic Variable Candidates,"
MNRAS, 245, 385. This system is one of only two or three known DN
which show spectral lines from the white dwarf in the optical spectrum.
WZ Sge is another.
