The star's brightness appears to have been increasing since about the time it exited last December's eclipse event. This morning V1413 was noted to be brighter than at any time in the last 10 years based on U.Munari's published lightcurve (Astron. Astrophys. 257,163-176 [1992]). My recent observations, excluding those involving last December's eclipse event, are: 1994 Nov. 3.0 UT JD9,659.5 13.0 Nov. 20.0 676.5 13.1 Dec. 29.96 716.46 13.0 1995 Feb. 13.45 761.95 12.0 Mar. 29.40 805.90 11.2 The sequence employed was that by M.Wakuda, appearing on the AFOEV's chart for this variable.
